What We Do:

We are designed to keep aging adults vibrantly celebrating life while blossoming social support networks, decreasing social and emotional isolation, and preventing aging into hands on nursing care.
How We Do It:
- Provide round trip curb-side transportation to planned community programs and events to keep aging individuals engaged in their communities
- Coordinate special events that empower a hearty and healthy aging process
- Encourage the development of community among aging adults
